Working Smart with Outlook!

How do i create email with nice background?
1. Action --> New Mail Using --> More Stationery...

How do i create a new autosignature?
1. Tools --> Options
2. Mail format Tab(top)
3. click on "Signature" button
4. Click on "New"
5. Type New Title
6. Type your name, company, contact no, email, etc
7. OK

When creating new email, outlook uses word format.
When sending email, outlook uses html format.

1. copy and paste animated(moving) picture into your mail.
note: you wont see it moving until you send your mail out.

6. go back to format --> cells...
7. from the protection tab, check the locked cell.
8. click OK
9. go to Tools --> Protection --> Protect sheet...
10. enter password, reconfirm password

if u drag using the + sign and the number increase, then u drag with pressing down your control key.

2. point to the bottom right of the cell u select and u see the fill handle
3. dont drag yet, press down ctrl key, u will see another plus sign above the fill handle
